We choose to use magnesium glycinate - a form of magnesium that has been shown to be better absorbed than cheaper forms and does not upset sensitive stomachs.

What is myo-inositol?
Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring substance produced in the human body from glucose, although it is not a sugar. Better described as a ‘vitamin-like’ substance, myo-inositol is often considered to be a member of the B complex group of vitamins. It has been studied for its potential to help regulate hormone balance and support reproductive health.

Serving Instructions

Mix 2 scoops (10.2g) into 100-250ml water or juice and stir or shake, one to two times daily or as recommended. We recommend you drink it within 30 minutes of mixing
