Dehydroepiandosterone (DHEA) is an endogenous substance that is made from cholesterol in the adrenal glands, sexual organs, and brain. It is a precursor to the male and female sex hormones. As we age, the body's production of DHEA decreases. The DHEA used here is derived from the wild yam root, a tropical tuber used since ancient times in the countries of South America and Africa.

The DHEA used here has been micronized to a particle size of less than 50 micrometers. The tablets have a special lipid matrix to protect the tiny DHEA crystals and promote their absorption.

It is recommended to measure the body's hormone levels before taking DHEA supplements and to monitor them regularly during the period of use. Competitive athletes are advised not to take products containing DHEA.

Serving Instructions
