Folate Ultra is a combination of folate (calcium-L-methylfolate, the most bioavailable form), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), and vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
L-5-MTHF (L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) helps reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken before conception and during
early pregnancy. It allows the body to metabolize and assimilate carbohydrates, fat and protein in order to use mitochondrial
energy.
Folates contribute to normal amino acid synthesis and maternal tissue growth during pregnancy. Folates and vitamins B6 and
