The tincture strength is high with a ratio of herb to pure organically produced alcohol of 1:3 giving an equivalence of 1ml to 333mg.

Serving Instructions

0.5ml to 1.5ml (5 to 15 drops) three times a day in a small amount of water. Not suitable for children Some people prefer to take tinctures in fruit juices or hot beverages
